What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4 years of working experience in the hotel real estate (or related) sector, University degree in Business Administration (or related fields) with a focus on Real Estate, Finance or Hotel Management, Exceptional financial modelling, analytical and research skills, Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook, Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Nice to Have
Advanced level of Spanish (preferred)

Lead preparation and execution of sale assignments
Develop financial models
Evaluate strategic alternatives
Manage direct reports
Mentor junior team members
Identify market trends
Monitor financial markets
Review investment sales materials
Manage virtual data rooms
Conduct stakeholder discussions
Contribute to CRM databases
Undertake site visits
