Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare field, 15+ years biotech/pharma clinical operations experience, Significant leadership experience, Experience overseeing multiple clinical programs, Experience overseeing global clinical trials, Proven track record leading clinical operations, Experience with clinical trial planning, Experience with clinical trial execution, Working knowledge of FDA regulations, Working knowledge of EMA regulations, Working knowledge of MHRA regulations, Working knowledge of ICH/GCP, Working knowledge of global clinical trial regulations, Working knowledge of quality systems, Working knowledge of inspection readiness, Working knowledge of risk-based quality management, Experience building teams, Experience leading teams, Executive presence
Nice to Have
