You own commercial performance for Ayming Canada (the number, the team, and the marketing engine that feeds it), executing the existing strategy and building the Canadian marketing function in partnership with Group. Key Responsibilities Commercial Strategy & Growth * Define and execute the national Sales & Marketing strategy across Canada. * Translate business objectives into actionable commercial plans and measurable KPIs. * Identify new revenue streams and develop hunting approaches in a mature, competitive market. * Drive performance through structured forecasting, pipeline management and data-driven decision-making. Sales Leadership & Transformation * Lead and develop a team of Sales Directors, strengthening ownership, accountability and performance culture. * Implement robust performance tracking, structured one-to-ones and clear sales governance. * Commercial leadership credibility in professional services, tax advisory, or technical consulting, where deals are won through expertise and trust over a longer arc. * Personally support strategic deals and key client relationships when needed. Marketing & Go-to-Market Alignment * Own and lead the go-to-market strategy across content, ABM, events, brand, and partner marketing initiatives in collaboration with Group Marketing. * Drive MQL and SQL generation, with clear accountability for pipeline contribution and growth targets * Build and scale marketing and demand generation processes from the ground up * Ensure strong collaboration b
