The Role This role focuses on aligning Mastercard’s product, service and ecosystem capabilities to strengthen our domestic relevance, drive the sales of services, platforms, solutions, and expand Mastercard payments as the economy continues to digitize. He/she is responsible for new growth shoots in Mastercard’s business in Indonesia and Timor-Leste through strategic partnerships and projects with the Indonesian government and its public sector. This senior role will be a part of the Indonesia leadership team, reporting into the Indonesia Country Manager. This individual will be accountable for Mastercard’s overall engagement with the Indonesian government. He/she will lead conversations with senior government stakeholders including at a Ministerial level, both to advocate for Mastercard as well as to mediate and facilitate where required. He/she is accountable for the abovementioned business objectives and will lead cross-functional teams across the Mastercard organisation to design, develop and deliver on projects.
