What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Advanced professional degree in life sciences (PhD, PharmD, MD, MBA), At least 15 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry, majority of which should be in team leadership, portfolio or program management, 2-5 years line management experience, Experience leading cross functional teams, Experience in early and late phase development, Knowledge of nonclinical, clinical, regulatory and manufacturing aspects of drug development
Nice to Have
Product development experience in CNS therapeutic area, Experience working on small molecule development programs, Direct involvement with vendor/CRO management
