Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 20+ years experience with increasing Finance/Accounting roles, Superior communication skills, Excellent written and oral communication skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of software, Ability to motivate, develop and lead the Company’s Finance and Accounting team, Superior analytical skills, Ability to understand regulations, contracts, business processes, controls, and policy and procedures, Highly organized with excellent time management skills, Able to meet established schedules

What You'll Do.
Ensuring Company results are accurately compiled and presented in a timely manner
Preparing and presenting yearly budgets and quarterly forecasts
Managing the Company banking relationships
Coordinating the annual statutory financial statements and applicable tax returns
Maintaining a internal control environment
Developing a Finance and Accounting team
Formulating and implementing the financial strategy
Working closely with the company management team to understand financial implications
Developing a relationship with the shareholder partners
Understanding the project financial requirements

Team & Collaboration
Working closely with the Regional Finance CFO, the Saudi Arabia General Manager, Company Board and the shareholders; Working closely with the company management team; Developing a relationship with the shareholder partners; Supports the team unity concept and creates an atmosphere of cooperation
