## Job Description **Job Profile:** Vice President, Engineering & Technical Services **Position Reports To:** Senior Vice President ** _Position Summary_** The Vice President of Engineering and Technical Services designs, implements, leads, and oversees all aspects of engineering and design activities for Apache with an unwavering commitment to safety, ethics, quality, people leadership and customer care. ** _Essential Functions_** * Collaborates with senior leadership to understand company goals and implements scaffold and Allform engineering design services to meet business objectives. * Develops standards and procedures to ensure engineering and design standards are met and maintained. * Manages Allform patents. * Leads all product development efforts. * Manages required corporate professional engineering licenses for business operations. * Reviews and stamps engineering drawings in support of the business Coordinates with 3rd Party Engineering firms as appropriate to stamp engineering drawings. * Recommends new technology and ideas to improve efficiency in engineering services (i.e. AI implementation) * Builds, develops, and manages an engineering and design team capable of carrying out company initiatives. * Leads by example. * Always represents Apache favorably. * Conducts business in a professional and ethical manner at all times. * Upholds all company and customer policies, procedures and guidelines and holds others accountable for doing the same. * Ensures that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, and facilities are in line with the organizations business plan and vision. * Establishes, communicates, and implements operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution. * Reviews and approves cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for the designated area/division. * Establishes an
