Must Have

10+ years of product management experience, leadership of large, multi-team product organizations, Proven success building and scaling developer platforms, APIs, or app marketplaces at meaningful scale, Track record of turning ecosystems into growth drivers that impact acquisition, retention, or revenue, perspective on AI, agents, and platform ecosystems, with experience applying these concepts in real products, Experience hiring, developing, and leading senior product leaders in high-performing organizations, Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at the executive level, Data-driven approach to defining metrics, prioritizing investments, and driving outcomes, Ability to simplify complex systems into clear strategies and execute with focus and alignment

Nice to Have

Experience with CRM, marketing, sales, or service ecosystems, Background working closely with Developer Relations or similar functions, External-facing experience (e. g. , public speaking, developer community engagement), Experience in high-growth SaaS environments where ecosystem strategy is core to differentiation
