Reporting to the Head of EMEA, this position will require the successful candidate to collaborate closely with the Energy Manager and the Site selection manager to bring news sites to a point where Data Centre construction may commence. The Development Manager will take ownership of a newly purchased site from the Site selection manager and initiate all developments tasks as required i.e. potential rezoning requests, power and permitting applications if required, agree site maintenance and landlord responsibilities and ensure same are in place. The successful candidate will work with the design and delivery teams to design the proposed building, select long lead equipment, get contracts in place with general contractors and own the overall schedule for the development up to construction start at which point they will hand over to the Delivery team. **Key responsibilities** : * Ownership of site from purchase until construction start. * Owner and develop for the overall site schedule thru’ the development phase i.e. green field (or brownfield) site thru’ construction start. * Work with th
