Provide independent Second Line oversight of credit risk

Ensure adherence to local and global risk appetite

Maintain accountability for credit risk frameworks and governance

Challenge and approve material policy exceptions

Align with global credit policy

Oversee Brazil Credit Risk Assessment framework

Oversee credit stress testing

Govern model performance monitoring

Oversee semi-annual adequacy test of Credit Risk Framework

Own local standards for rating methodologies

Own local standards for Expected Loss

Explore technology enhancements to improve operationalization

Provide oversight of portfolio performance

Provide oversight of portfolio concentrations

Provide oversight of emerging risks

Monitor portfolio metrics against approved risk appetite

Monitor portfolio metrics against tolerance levels

Ensure timely escalation of material risk deterioration
