12–18+ years in banking, payments, fintech, risk management, Proven experience in credit risk strategy, portfolio management, analytics, Experience operating across global or regional markets, Experience engaging regulators and governance forums, Leadership experience in regulated financial institutions, Proven ability to influence in a matrix organization, Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving change, Stakeholder management at executive level, Demonstrated inclusive leadership style, Acts as a role model for risk culture, governance discipline, and ethical decision-making, Exercises independent judgement while constructively challenging the First Line, Demonstrates accountability, resilience, and sound professional judgement, Advanced credit risk management expertise, Deep understanding of Expected Loss frameworks, Knowledge of credit risk rating systems, model governance, and control frameworks, Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills, Strategic and commercial mindset, Deep analytical and data-driven decision-making capability, Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, Ability to balance growth and risk, Bachelor's degree required

What You'll Do.
Provide independent Second Line oversight of credit risk
Ensure adherence to local and global risk appetite
Maintain accountability for credit risk frameworks and governance
Challenge and approve material policy exceptions
Align with global credit policy
Oversee Brazil Credit Risk Assessment framework
Oversee credit stress testing
Govern model performance monitoring
Oversee semi-annual adequacy test of Credit Risk Framework
Own local standards for rating methodologies
Own local standards for Expected Loss
Explore technology enhancements to improve operationalization
Provide oversight of portfolio performance
Provide oversight of portfolio concentrations
Provide oversight of emerging risks
Monitor portfolio metrics against approved risk appetite
Monitor portfolio metrics against tolerance levels
Ensure timely escalation of material risk deterioration
