Must Have
CPA designation required, 10+ years progressive accounting experience, 5+ years senior leadership experience, Complete knowledge finance accounting processes DTC, Working experience with GAAP, Working knowledge SOX compliance, Working knowledge internal control frameworks, Deploying accounting automation or AI tools, Primary point of contact external auditors, Primary point of contact banking relationships, Interpersonal skills, Excellent attention to detail, Analytical capabilities, Willingness to travel

Experience with NetSuite, Audit experience Big Four, Audit experience national accounting firm, Prior experience supporting M&A, Integrating acquired entities, Experience capital markets reporting, Lender covenant compliance
