Must Have

10+ years of experience leading IT strategy, custom development, business process improvements, project management, and technology services solutions sales and delivery., A track record in consultative sales and new client development, with the ability to craft compelling value propositions and develop creative solutions that deliver significant value to clients., A well-established network of clients and professional relationships in the Atlanta market, across a variety of industries and business functions., Proven ability to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect with C-level clients., Involvement in local professional networking and civic/community activities., Demonstrated ability to plan and manage complex client engagements involving multiple teams, vendor relationships, project planning, execution, issue/risk management, and resource management/allocation., Mastery of all phases of the software development life cycle., Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to developing employees’ knowledge, skills, and capabilities., problem-solving and issue-resolution skills, with a methodical approach to proactively anticipating challenges, assessing problems, gathering pertinent facts, seeking counsel where necessary, and delivering sound solutions., Flexible and adaptable, willing to roll up sleeves and contribute where needed. A s ervant leader who takes initiative and drives results., Highly professional with a work ethic, accountability, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations and business objectives., Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable experience., Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
