S. compliance program and translate our global ethics and compliance framework into practical, business-ready processes for a rapidly growing U. S. organization. This role sits within Legal & Compliance and reports to the SVP, Head of Global Compliance & Ethics in the UK, while partnering closely with the U. S. General Counsel on U. S. legal, regulatory, governance, and investigations matters. You’ll work across Legal, Internal Audit, Communications, Government Affairs, and regional compliance counterparts in the UK, EMEA, and APAC to drive a consistent, scalable program. We’re looking for a senior, pragmatic compliance leader who can operate at both altitude and ground level—setting strategy, advising senior stakeholders, building infrastructure, and driving execution directly.
