Must Have

Degree qualified with a comprehensive understanding of compensation and benefits principles relevant to East Asia markets, Excellent proficiency in MS Excel including VBA scripting as well as advanced PowerPoint skills for data analysis and presentation purposes, Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple departments or regions through effective communication, interpersonal skills enabling you to influence senior stakeholders positively during committee meetings or strategic discussions, Proven project management capabilities allowing you to lead cross-functional teams through intricate reward-related projects successfully, Experience coaching or mentoring HR professionals on policy interpretation or process improvements within a matrixed organisation structure, In-depth knowledge of regional pay structures along with up-to-date awareness of benefits regulations affecting Hong Kong, Taiwan or Korea, A collaborative approach that makes you an effective team player able to thrive in complex organisational environments requiring interdependence, At least 8-10 years’ relevant experience in compensation & benefits roles ideally within financial services or multinational corporations

What You'll Do.

Shape and implement global total rewards strategies

Adapt strategies to local market practices and regulations

Act as a trusted advisor on performance

Deliver the bank’s global total rewards strategy regionally

Collaborate with stakeholders for seamless implementation

Provide guidance on complex proposals

Prepare detailed reports for senior management

Lead or support key reward initiatives

Implement PRB strategies within Hong Kong

Adapt international frameworks to local markets

Provide expert insights on market trends and regulations

Support Global Personal Expense Management framework

Serve as the primary PRB advisor to management and HR

Partner with HRBPs and business leaders on performance and reward cycles

Represent East Asia cluster in PRB forums

Coach HR teams and managers on PRB policies
