BAS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, 5+ years of professional core Java development experience building Front‑Office Commodities Trading Technology solutions, Solid understanding of commodities markets (Energy, Metals, Agriculture, Environmental Products), markets structure and trading workflows, Proven experience leading engineering teams in high‑stakes trading environments, Experience owning production systems with direct trader impact, Hands‑on background with real‑time systems with performance optimization, analytical and problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication, collaborative and team skills, JUnit testing skills
