What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5 years of experience in commercial banking sales/relationship management, ideally with experience related to deposits and treasury solutions, client impact, execution and collaboration skills, analytical and technology skills, including financial analysis demonstrating the ability to match client needs with financial solutions, Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple and sometimes conflicting demands, Proven negotiation skills and track record of meeting or exceeding sales plans, Willingness and ability to travel to meet clients

Nice to Have

University degree, ideally in commerce, business administration, or related experience, Experience supporting more complex/large commercial or capital markets clients

What You'll Do.

negotiation and implementation of client solutions

including pricing within delegated authorities aligned to client complexity

Portfolio review for New Client Acquisition to the product line or additional product solutions to existing Capital Market/CCG can include leads identification and proactive contact

Documentation of client solutions including detailed updates within the client relationship plan and pipeline (C360) for contact management and reporting

Development of team capability related to deposit and investment opportunity spotting

client discovery and proposing solutions through training programs and/or knowledge-sharing sessions for clients and colleagues to enhance their understanding of RBC’s market insights

and industry expertise
