Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in the semiconductor industry, Deep exposure to product management, portfolio strategy, or systems leadership, Understanding of memory and storage technologies, Understanding of automotive quality and qualification requirements, Understanding of long product lifecycles, Proven ability to influence and lead across global, matrixed organizations, Executive presence, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Master's preferred, Experience supporting businesses with $B-scale revenue portfolios, Prior experience working directly with automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, Track record of driving roadmap transformation, Track record of portfolio tradeoffs, Track record of execution discipline, Demonstrated success building and leading senior technical teams across regions
What You'll Do.
Lead global team for AEBU product and systems
Optimize product portfolio for profitability and customer value
multi-generation roadmaps
and product management
Drive portfolio optimization and simplification
Align node strategy to improve execution efficiency and
and functional safety requirements
Engage with CEO Staff and technology development executives
Serve as senior executive interface for key automotive
Lead global team of product line and systems
Communicate product value proposition and adoption of customer-valued
Identify market opportunities and contribute to TAM assessment
Partner with Segment Marketing and Sales on platform
Provide product evangelism internally and externally
Engage with ecosystem partners and standards bodies
Work closely with Engineering
Ensure roadmap feasibility and disciplined execution
Optimize return on investment for product performance
Drive system-level thinking by aligning component roadmaps
Align software enablement
and customer integration
Lead and develop global organization of product
