Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in the semiconductor industry, Deep exposure to product management, portfolio strategy, or systems leadership, Understanding of memory and storage technologies, Understanding of automotive quality and qualification requirements, Understanding of long product lifecycles, Proven ability to influence and lead across global, matrixed organizations, Executive presence, Excellent written and verbal communication skills

As a senior member of the AEBU leadership team, this executive will shape the long-term direction of one of the semiconductor industry's most exciting and fastest-growing markets, while building and developing a world-class global organization of product, systems, and technical leaders.
