Harris Williams will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. # **Job Description** * Leads merger and acquisition advisory activities in the ADG space \- as a leader in aerospace, defense, and government M&A and private capital advisory services, our group advises clients across a variety of sectors and specialized subsectors. * Integral leader in all of the firm's merger and acquisition advisory activities.
