Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or business, 15+ years progressive leadership experience in large-scale construction, conventional or gas power generation, heavy industrial, mission-critical, or complex energy infrastructure construction
Nice to Have
CCGT experience, Significant leadership experience delivering utility-scale natural gas power generation projects
What You'll Do.
Establish and execute operating strategy for Natural Gas
Translate construction strengths into gas power generation EPC
Build and lead gas power construction organization
Oversee delivery of utility-scale gas power plants
Support large-scale integrated Energy Parks strategies
Align gas execution planning with campus-level sequencing
and retain Director-level and senior technical
Establish a performance culture
Own full P&L performance
and margin accountability
Champion a world-class safety culture
Ensure quality systems address gas-specific requirements
