What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e. g. , construction management, engineering, architecture), 10+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the commercial real estate industry, Demonstrated experience managing distributed portfolios across multiple geographic locations simultaneously, Proven experience leading and managing large, high-performing teams (15 + direct and indirect reports) across geographically dispersed locations, Exceptional communication and leadership skills with ability to effectively manage remote and distributed teams, Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements across multiple sites, financial acumen and experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting across wide-ranging portfolios, Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships across multiple markets, Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions across diverse project types and locations
Nice to Have

Direct comprehensive oversight of ground-up construction projects across all phases
