APERÇU DU POSTE Tu seras au croisement de l’Innovation et du Marketing, avec ownership complet de notre moteur de croissance : lancements, landing pages, funnels, SEO/GEO, expériences de contenu et automatisations. Tu définis tes propres objectifs et tu les atteins. Exemple concret : 50 clients live d’ici la fin du trimestre. À toi de bâtir la machine qui nous y amène. RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES - Piloter les lancements de produits de A à Z, de la stratégie jusqu’au post-mortem. - Lancer des expériences de croissance rapidement : hypothèse, exécution, mesure, optimisation, repeat. - Concevoir des landing pages et rédiger du copy qui convertit pour vrai. - Construire et optimiser des boucles d’acquisition via le search, les réseaux sociaux, les communautés et les créateurs de contenu : YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok/Instagram, newsletters, forums niche, etc. - Prototyper et lancer des assets “vibe” : vidéos courtes à potentiel viral, contenus sociaux, créatifs rapides, microsites et outils interactifs qui punchent plus fort que leur budget. - Collaborer avec des freelances et marketplaces (Fiverr, Upwork, etc.) pour scaler la production : rédiger les briefs, faire le QA et suivre les performances. - Automatiser tout ce qui peut l’être : reporting, enrichissement de données, séquences d’outreach, routing, etc. pour garder ton focus là où ça compte.
