Must Have
Managing production in regulated manufacturing, Experience in filling, aseptic processing, or inhalation device operations, Proven experience leading teams, Practical knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements, Track record of delivering continuous improvement projects, Communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Degree in technical, scientific or engineering discipline, Experience with aseptic filling, vial handling, or inhalation device assembly, Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Experience with shift-based teams and complex rostering, Involvement in new product introductions, scale-up or facility transfers, Familiarity with electronic batch records or manufacturing execution systems
