Ensures smooth handling of file management and IO workflows; Enables efficient data exchanges; Contributes to the efficiency of the production pipeline; Ensures timely processing of media assets; Ensures compliance with naming conventions and folder structures; Optimizes team's efficiency in working with ingested materials; Ensures compliance with technical delivery specifications; Ensures proper submission to designated platforms; Ensures adherence to structure and guidelines for outsource vendor versions

Nice to Have
Experience with Input/Output (IO) workflows is an asset, Understanding of Visual Effects (VFX) and/or editorial processes is an asset, Knowledge of Flow Production Tracking (ShotGrid) is an asset, Fluency in Linux commands is an asset
What You'll Do.
Provide daily administrative support
Organize documents and files
Receive and transfer project materials
Ingest external materials onto network
Ensure compliance with specifications
Process and upload versions for review
and distribute client notes
Prepare bid package materials
Ingest outsource vendor versions
Gather internal feedback on vendor versions
Assist Imaging Department with IO graphs
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Efficient data exchanges between clients, internal teams, and external vendors; Work closely with TD Developers, IT, and Render Management teams to troubleshoot technical issues
