What You'll Do.
Provide daily administrative support
Organize documents and files
Receive and transfer project materials
Ingest external materials onto network
Ensure compliance with technical specifications
Process and upload versions for review
Ingest and distribute client review notes
Prepare bid package materials for outsourcing
Ingest outsource vendor versions
Gather internal feedback on vendor versions
Assist Imaging Department in IO graphs setup
Troubleshoot technical issues related to data transfers
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Efficient data exchanges between clients, internal teams, and external vendors; Share project-related materials internally with relevant stakeholders; Work closely with TD Developers, IT, and Render Management teams
