Must Have
1+ year of Leadership experience, High School Diploma, 5+ years of clinical experience, Emergency Skills, Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate medical and administrative tasks, Ability to show leadership skills with all levels of experience and job duties, Read and respond to all communication in a timely manner, Attend leadership meetings, Must be able to lift 40 pounds, Must be willing to work long or irregular hours under pressure conditions, Ability to walk, bend, stand, and reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day, Visual acuity sufficient to maintain accurate records, recognize people, and understand written directions, Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to understand, give information in person and over the telephone, Fine motor skills are adequate for utilizing hospital equipment

What You'll Do.
Manage associate schedules and call-outs
Work cohesively with hospital management and supervisory teams
Conduct interviews for potential new hires
Assist in the educational development of technicians
Schedule and conduct team meetings
Provide opportunities for staff to gain more hands-on
Mentor and train technicians within the department
Resolve conflicts in a professional and humble manner
Deliver quarterly associate performance feedback
Monitor day-to-day activities
Engage with support staff
and implement protocols
