What You'll Do.
Manage associate schedules and call-outs
Work cohesively with hospital management
Conduct interviews for potential new hires
Assist in the educational development of technicians
Schedule and conduct team meetings
Provide opportunities for staff to gain more hands-on
Mentor and train technicians within the department
Resolve conflicts in a professional and humble manner
Deliver quarterly associate performance feedback
Monitor day-to-day activities
Engage with support staff
Ensure VCA polices are followed
Ensure VCA guidelines are followed
Ensure VCA recommendations are followed
