Full Job Description
Trupanion is a leading provider of medical insurance for cats and dogs in North America. Our mission is to help loving, responsible pet owners' budget and care for their pets. At Trupanion, we offer a collaborative pet-friendly environment where everyone is encouraged to be themselves. We are seeking a driven, reliable, highly organized, and pet-passionate professional with experience in a veterinary hospital environment or a strong field sales background with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new industries. In this role, you will visit veterinary practices throughout your assigned territory, build strong relationships, and engage hospital owners and staff on the benefits of pet insurance. You will help veterinary teams incorporate insurance discussions into their daily workflows, ultimately improving the hospital and patient experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable with a full-time, 40-hour-per-week commitment, thrives in a highly active field-based role, and is motivated by growth and performance. This position offers a competitive base salary, a comprehensive bonus structure, and opportunities for career advancement. This role requires daily, in-person visits to veterinary hospitals within a defined geographic territory. Candidates must reside in the Guelph, Hamilton, Burlington, or surrounding areas to be considered.
