What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or similar roles within the veterinary or healthcare industry, Proven history of consistently exceeding sales quotas and delivering on other objectives as assigned by management
Nice to Have
4-5 years of relevant experience in a similar account management role
What You'll Do.
Serve as key sales contact for retain and develop accounts
Drive growth and maximize share of wallet for products
Identify and address customer needs
Partner with Veterinary Account Executives on key accounts
Lead and support sales team in achieving revenue goals
Leverage internal content and expertise to drive engagement
Act as primary customer liaison for implementation and onboarding
Analyze internal reports to optimize customer utilization
Manage and maintain critical data within SFDC
Negotiate pricing and contract terms
Secure deals across all product offerings
Manage contract renewals
Share best practices across the region and zone

At Covetrus, the **Veterinary Relationship Manager** is a quota-carrying role that leads the ongoing optimization of our key veterinary customer accounts. This role is responsible for driving growth and maximizing share of wallet for in-clinic, technology, and specialty products within their designated sales territory. This position is a proactive, in-person sales role responsible for identifying and addressing customer needs, pain points, and opportunities to optimize and improve the adoption of existing products, as well as selling singular point solutions when opportunities are identified. The Senior Veterinary Relationship Manager will closely partner with Veterinary Account Executives (VAE) to identify VetSuite opportunities and drive further growth within the sales segment. _**Primary Responsibilities**_ * Serves as the key sales contact for retain and develop accounts with a focus on strategic growth and long-term customer relationships
