The Role: We are looking for a rockstar Receptionist / Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team at our Miami clinics! Our Receptionists / CSRs play a critical role in helping our medical team deliver exceptional care to our patients. Your compassion and positive energy shine through as you greet customers and your attention to detail helps you support clinic operations. You are efficient, organized, collaborative and an excellent communicator. Key responsibilities: Greet pet parents, handle inbound phone calls and take ownership of addressing customer requests Manage all administrative work, including: scheduling of appointments, coordinating follow ups and sending reminders, preparing exam rooms, and taking/recording of payments Liaise with our partners (including suppliers, laboratory services, technology providers) to support seamless day-to-day operations of the clinic Assist with other tasks relating to clinic operations, as needed Your Qualifications Excellent communications skills (verbal) in both English and Spanish (bilingual), excellent written communication in English Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, stay organized and work well in a fast paced environment Positive and welcoming attitude Exceptional organizational and time management skills Bonus if you have experience as a medical receptionist, specifically in the veterinary field What’s in it for you?
