We are seeking a friendly, customer service–focused Client Service Representative to join our growing practice. This position is available full-time or part-time, with compensation ranging from $15–$19 per hour depending on experience. At VCA Terrell, we are a supportive team that genuinely cares about your growth, development, and future. You’ll play an important role in helping pets and their families live healthier lives—while also building your own personal and professional skills. Our hospital is currently a five-doctor practice and is located in the Lakeway community in the greater Austin area. **What We’re Looking For:** Our ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience as a Veterinary Client Service Representative; however, we are willing to train the right individual. We’re looking for someone who is: * A motivated team player * An effective multitasker * A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills * Passionate about providing outstanding client and patient care **Why We Need You:** As the face of VCA Terrell, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for each client’s experience and helps build trust and confidence in our care. The CSR plays a vital role in the daily operations of the hospital and is responsible for: * Delivering exceptional customer service, including greeting clients, answering phones, and escorting clients and pets to exam rooms * Scheduling and confirming appointments * Making outbound calls for follow-ups and engaging prospective clients * Explaining services and fees, and processing payments * Recommending and coordinating products and services, including prescriptions * Answering client questions and providing general pet care education (e.g., heartworm prevention, flea and tick control, basic husbandry) * Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence * Assisting with general hospital cleanline
