What You'll Do.
Prepare and set up for surgical procedures
Circulate and assist in the OR
Clean and disinfect surgical suites
Clean and disinfect pre-op area
Assist with radiographs
Assist with blood draws
Assist with catheter placement
Assist with induction of anesthesia
Assist with patient positioning
Set up anesthesia machines
Change soda lime granules
Assist with recovery of anesthetized patients
Clean surgical instruments
Sterilize surgical instruments
Organize surgery packs
Place inventory orders
Stock surgery department
Stock bandage change area
Assist with bandage changes
Assist with appointment needs
Assist with admitting patients
Assist with discharging patients
Communicate with clients
