What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Center, mission-critical or large industrial/commercial construction markets, Proven experience in project selling, specification sales or business development, Experience managing relationships with owners, contractors, consultants, and design firms, Experience working across regional or international markets, relationship development skills and business acumen combined with technical understanding, Proficient with Salesforce or equivalent CRM ability to manage project pipelines and reporting tools, Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Available for up to 60% travel
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Architecture, or related technical/commercial field, Equivalent industry experience may compensate for formal education, Technical documentation and specification management experience, Fluent English and any additional European language is highly beneficial

Promote cross-selling across Target Markets

Execute Project Selling approach within assigned EMEA areas

Support collection and translation of market insights
Participate in key customer meetings

About the role In this role you will drive commercial development of the Data Center vertical market across assigned EMEA areas through Project Selling execution. Build and develop relationships with key regional accounts, contractors, and design firms to support specification positioning and project conversion. Ensure consistent vertical market approach execution and promote cross-selling across Target Markets to maximise system solution impact. Translate customer and market insights into actionable commercial initiatives in collaboration with Corporate, Target Markets, and R&D teams. The role can be located in any European location, where Sika operates. * Execute the Project Selling approach within assigned EMEA areas and ensure structured opportunity development. * Develop and manage selected regional accounts and support strategic accounts under guidance of the EMEA Vertical Market Manager. * Identify, qualify and actively support the successful conversion of targeted projects and product sales. * Support local organizations in specification positioning, system selling and commercial negotiations where required. * Drive cross-selling across Target Markets to ensure full solution positioning within projects. * Support the collection and translation of market and customer insights into actionable initiatives, contributing to alignment with Corporate Con
