What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Center, mission-critical or large industrial/commercial construction markets, Proven experience in project selling, specification sales or business development, Experience managing relationships with owners, contractors, consultants, and design firms, Experience working across regional or international markets, relationship development skills and business acumen combined with technical understanding, Proficient with Salesforce or equivalent CRM ability to manage project pipelines and reporting tools, Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Fluent English, Available for up to 60% travel
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Architecture, or related technical/commercial field, Technical documentation and specification management experience, any additional European language is highly beneficial
What You'll Do.
Drive commercial development of Data Center vertical market
Build and develop relationships with key regional accounts
Ensure consistent vertical market approach execution
Promote cross-selling across Target Markets
Translate customer and market insights into initiatives
Execute Project Selling approach within assigned EMEA areas
Develop and manage selected regional accounts
Support strategic accounts under guidance
qualify and support conversion of targeted projects
Support local organizations in specification positioning
Drive cross-selling across Target Markets
Support collection and translation of market insights
Participate in key customer meetings
Strengthen long-term account relationships
Provide commercial and technical coordination
Ensure transparent project tracking and reporting
Represent Sika in selected industry events
Travel extensively across assigned territories
Support market development and project execution
Support Commercial Product Rollout
Assist in successful introduction of new products
Enable local organizations with knowledge
Contribute towards a positive team environment

Collaborate with Corporate, Target Markets, and R&D teams; Provide commercial and technical coordination between local organizations and Corporate Target Markets; Contribute towards a positive team environment and spirit with colleagues, supervisors and subordinates
