Must Have
5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, adtech, or SaaS sales, experience managing high-performing revenue teams, track record of consistently driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets, Experience leading consultative sales motions with mid-market and/or enterprise advertisers, Ability to coach teams through complex sales cycles, strategic account growth, and customer relationship management, understanding of performance marketing, digital advertising, and full-funnel measurement, Exceptional communication, leadership, and operational management skills, Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing across teams, analytical and forecasting capabilities with experience managing pipeline and business performance, Deep curiosity about customer needs, industry trends, and evolving advertiser priorities
