The Vertical Growth manager Marine Detection Systems & CCTV is accountable for driving sustainable global growth of Detection, CCTV and video surveillance solutions across **naval, maritime defence, coast guard, and commercial marine sectors**. The role owns the global growth strategy, identifying priority markets, programmes, and customers, while working closely with regional sales teams, product management, engineering, and key partners to expand adoption of mission-critical solutions in complex, regulated maritime environments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Establish a dedicated commercial owner for detection in EMEA * Monetise the installed base through retrofit, upgrade, and obsolescence programmes * Lead the market introduction of the new detection panel * Engage directly with owners, operators, and selected yards * Generate qualified demand and leads, passing executable opportunities to the appropriate front‑line sellers in the UK, Europe, or APAC * Support and enable regional marine sales teams without creating channel conflict * Create training material for the wider FLS. * Develop adjacency opportunities into service and CCTV
