Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline, At least 5 years of related experience and/or training in validation, verification, product testing, process engineering, or quality engineering, understanding of mechanical systems and assemblies, Experience developing and executing test plans, test protocols, and validation reports, technical documentation ability, Knowledge of engineering validation methodologies and qualification testing, Familiarity with root cause analysis techniques (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.), Experience working with cross-functional teams in product development environments, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, analytical and problem-solving skills, Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software
What You'll Do.
Develop and execute verification and validation plans
Design test procedures
and validation protocols
and performance testing
Analyze test results and generate technical reports
Ensure traceability between requirements
Provide technical expertise on mechanical systems
Support product development through design reviews
Evaluate mechanical performance
Assist in design and improvement of test setups
Support design for manufacturability (DFM)
Support design for reliability (DFR) initiatives
Participate in root cause analysis
Contribute to process validation
Maintain documentation in accordance with standards
Generate and maintain test protocols
Generate and maintain verification matrices
Generate and maintain validation reports
Generate and maintain engineering change documentation
Ensure traceability between design requirements and product release
Resolve design and performance issues
Provide input during product development phases
Support supplier validation
Support component qualification activities
