Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Verification Associate to join our background screening team. The role involves conducting accurate and timely employment verifications as part of pre-employment background checks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities * Conduct end-to-end employment verifications for background screening purposes * Reach out to employers, HR departments, and references via phone, email, and other communication channels * Verify candidate employment details including job titles, tenure, responsibilities, and reasons for leaving * Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company and client standards * Maintain proper documentation and update verification records in internal systems * Meet defined turnaround time (TAT) and productivity targets * Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when required * Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity ## Qualifications Required Qualifications & Skills * Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (background screening, verification, BPO, or related field preferred) * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and quick-learning environment * Excellent verbal and written com
