We are committed to making credit more affordable and accessible. As a Verification Agent, you will play a critical role in supporting the loan origination process by reviewing and verifying customer information and documentation. You will work directly with applicants to collect required documents, validate income and identity information, and ensure all application requirements are met accurately and efficiently. We are looking for agents available to work the following shifts: 10am-7pm CT, Monday-Friday. ## You will Verify and authenticate client information, documentation, and records for accuracy and compliance. Conduct thorough reviews of applications, forms, and supporting documents to ensure completeness. Contact clients, agencies, employers, and third parties to obtain or confirm required information. Investigate discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information and resolve issues promptly. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all verification activities and client interactions. Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards. Process verification requests within established turnaround times while maintaining accuracy. Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders regarding verification requirements and outcomes. Identify potential fraud, misrepresentation, or documentation concerns and escalate as appropriate. Utilize multiple databases, software systems, and reporting tools to research and validate information. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless case processing and service delivery.
