Leverage industry relationships
Identify new business opportunities
Own screening room calendar
Manage booking requests
Balance internal needs
Balance external requests
Develop client relationships
Maintain client relationships
Coordinate ancillary logistics
Define screening room programming
Evolve screening room programming
Establish booking policies
Establish operational standards
Oversee screening presentations
Troubleshoot A/V systems
Ensure equipment maintenance
Serve as front-facing representative
Deliver polished experience
Manage competing requests
Provide high-touch experience
Anticipate client needs
Communicate proactively
Ensure screenings run smoothly
Partner with events team
Coordinate hospitality
Liaise with Facilities team
Manage projectionists
Train contracted staff
