DEINE AUFGABEN - Analyse und Optimierung von Booking, Conversion und Abschlussprozessen entlang des Sales Funnels - Erstellung, Tracking und Interpretation relevanter Funnel, Performance und Wachstums KPIs - Identifikation von Prozessineffizienzen, auch mithilfe von AI, sowie Unterstützung bei der Ableitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen - Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Auswertung von Maßnahmen zur Reaktivierung verlorener Leads - Enge Betreuung/Enablement des Tagesgeschäft im Sales, sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Operations und Product zur Umsetzung datengetriebener Optimierungen DEIN PROFIL - Erste relevante Berufserfahrung (ca. 1–2 Jahre) oder einschlägige Praktika/Werkstudententätigkeiten in einem analytischen, datengetriebenen und dynamischen Umfeld - Berührungspunkte mit Marketing-Themen und Sales-Organisationen ist ein Plus - Sehr guter akademischer Hintergrund in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finance, Mathematik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Data Analytics oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang - AI-Affinität: du hast bereits erste Produkte selbst entwickelt und brennst für AI-Produktinnovationen - Hohe Eigeninitiative, Hands on Mentalität und Freude daran, Themen eigenverantwortlich voranzutreiben - Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schr
