Conduct Demand Planning exercises to determine sourcing needs to enable high client performance
Terminate and replace underperforming vendors in order to improve client SLAs

Job Description * Vendor Sourcing & Certification – Source and select prospective vendors for the Altisource Field Services BU, guide them through the certification process, seeking performance improvement and cost reduction * Vendor Performance Management – Monitor overall vendor network performance, conduct performance improvement plans, and determine corrective actions for underperforming vendors * Demand Planning – Conduct Demand Planning exercises to determine sourcing needs to enable high client performance * Vendor Termination – Terminate and replace underperforming vendors in order to improve client SLAs ## Qualifications WHAT ABOUT YOU? You have... * Ability to self-manage, demonstrate effective and positive results with large amounts of autonomy plus an extraordinary ability to work as a team. * Experience with communicating daily with assigned vendor network on pending orders, past due orders, re-allocation of work due to client requirements. * Comfortable with Power Point and Excel, with ability to succinctly establish a story and provide visual analysis through the creation of professional level decks, use of pivot tables and create visualizations
