What You'll Do.
Source and select prospective vendors for the Altisource Field Services BU
guide them through the certification process
seeking performance improvement and cost reduction
Monitor overall vendor network performance
conduct performance improvement plans
determine corrective actions for underperforming vendors
Conduct Demand Planning exercises to determine sourcing needs to enable high client performance
Terminate and replace underperforming vendors in order to improve client SLAs
How You'll Work.

communicating daily with assigned vendor network on pending orders, past due orders, re-allocation of work due to client requirements.
