What You'll Do.
Source new vendors based on Achievers’ strategic direction
Establish and refine preliminary vendor requirements
Conduct initial assessments and audits of vendor capabilities
Conduct market research to identify potential vendors
Act as primary point of contact for new vendors
Lead negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms
Work closely with internal teams to ensure agreements are signed
Own vendor relationships post-launch
Provide feedback on market trends
Suggest and implement improvements to vendor sourcing process
Stay up to date on industry trends
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Information Security, Finance, Legal, and other departments; Work closely with Vendor Onboarding Specialist; Liaise with internal stakeholders
Communication Scope
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Process & Methodology
Manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously
