## Description The Vendor Sourcing Specialist is responsible for sourcing and contracting with new vendors that will provide rewards as part of our marketplace. The Vendor Sourcing Specialist will have to have a deep knowledge of B2B incentive market. This role focuses on the full vendor acquisition cycle, including sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with vendors.. The Vendor Sourcing Specialist will own the relationship with vendors post launch and ensure compliance with internal teams' requirements, such as Information Security, Finance, and Legal. ## How you'll shape Professional Services at Achievers Vendor Sourcing Source new vendors based on the Achievers’ strategic direction. Establish and refine preliminary vendor requirements, ensuring vendors meet the Achievers’ compliance standards in areas such as information security, financial stability, and legal obligations. Conduct initial assessments and audits of vendor capabilities Conduct market research to identify potential vendors that align with business objectives and customer needs. Act as the primary point of contact for new vendors, leading them through the launch process. Negotiating and Contracting Lead negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions. Work closely with internal teams to ensure all necessary agreements are signed and executed promptly. Own vendor relationships post-launch, maintaining ongoing communication and managing any issues that arise. Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with Information Security, Finance, Legal, and other relevant departments to ensure that new vendors meet all internal requirements. Work closely with the Vendor Onboarding Specialist to ensure a smooth vendor integration process. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure vendor products meet customer and business needs.
