Full Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced **Vendor Risk & Relationship Manager****** to own and strengthen critical third‑party partnerships within a highly regulated environment. This role sits at the intersection of procurement, risk and relationship management—ideal for someone who can confidently challenge vendors while maintaining strong, trusted partnerships. You’ll play a key role in ensuring suppliers meet regulatory obligations (including CPS230), while managing risk, performance and governance across the vendor lifecycle. You’ll take accountability for the full vendor lifecycle, ensuring suppliers meet regulatory obligations (including CPS230) while delivering strong commercial and operational outcomes. From onboarding and risk assessments through to performance management and contract renewal, you’ll play a key role in protecting the organisation and optimising vendor value. This is a hands-on role that requires balance—someone who enjoys building relationships and having robust, honest conversations with suppliers, but is equally comfortable spending time in the detail.
