Optimizing the performance of third-party collection services; Focusing on cost-per-unit efficiency and margin improvement; Track vendor performance; Develop remediation or exit strategies; Identify optimization opportunities; Present insights on account classification and movement; Monitor performance and trend analysis; Report on financial impact of initiatives; Support expansion opportunities; Ensure alignment on service adjustments; Expand the program's visibility and scope

Highly analytical; Adept at data visualization and reporting; Skilled in driving performance improvements through data-driven insights; Ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
Onsite at our Riverview, Florida facility, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
What You'll Do.
Manage account classification process
Monitor vendor performance KPIs
Identify and remediate high-cost outliers
Analyze routing efficiency
Lead monthly portfolio review process
Develop Tableau dashboards for KPI reporting
Provide updates on optimization initiatives
Partner with Site Operations on performance data
Collaborate with Commercial/Marketing team
Serve as primary point of contact for vendor
Prioritize and drive optimization opportunities
Support implementation of phased roadmap
Contribute to continuous improvement culture
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with Site Operations, Commercial, and the vendor; Partner with Site Operations to review and act on performance data; Collaborate with the Commercial/Marketing team to align on customer strategy; Serve as the primary point of contact for the vendor
Communication Scope
Excellent communication and presentation skills; Ability to convey complex information to a variety of audiences
Process & Methodology
Drive optimization opportunities, Support implementation of phased roadmap
