Must Have
5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience, Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership, Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements, Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development, Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices, Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences
