Amazon Canada's Hardlines team is seeking a self-driven Vendor Manager to join our dynamic team. Vendor Managers work directly with strategic vendors to enhance value, selection, and convenience for our customers while driving profitability and topline performance across their categories. About the Role As a Vendor Manager, you'll leverage customer obsession and data-driven analytics to develop creative solutions that drive business growth. You'll manage key manufacturer relationships on Amazon.ca and collaborate with cross-functional teams including site merchandising, buying, pricing, inventory management, operations, online marketing, and finance to optimize performance for our vendor partners. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at one of the world's most innovative online retailers while developing strong functional skills in online merchandising, marketing, buying, planning, forecasting, pricing, and business analytics. Key job responsibilities • Lead key categories and brand relationship for Amazon.ca • Drive business growth through strategic vendor and brand relationship management • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor terms • Optimize selection, catalog management, and inventory levels • Generate forecasts and manage product launches • Develop and execute pricing strategies • Conduct detailed analytical deep dives to identify growth opportunities • Own P&L performance for your category Collaborate cross-functionally to elevate customer experience A day in the life As a Vendor Manager, you'll start your day reviewing key business metrics and addressing any immediate vendor issues.
