2+ years vendor management experience, 2+ years interacting with customers/stakeholders, 1+ years program or project management experience, Experience using data to influence business decisions, Knowledge of SQL, Knowledge of Advanced Excel (Array and Statistical formulas), Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, Experience managing projects, Experience working independently, Experience dealing well with ambiguity, Experience prioritizing needs, Experience delivering measurable results in an agile environment, Speak, write, and read fluently in English and Italian

In the light of this, the company is offering to our most engaged customers – sellers/vendors (and not only) the highest level of services, encouraging them to participate to grow their businesses on Amazon. Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) in partnership with Retail Business Services (RBS) are a paid B2B service that aims to help key Vendors partner with Amazon. Vendor Consultant (VC) will help shape and deliver on a strategy for managing key metric pillars for Amazon AVS vendors. Soft Skills: bright, customer centric, driven, and creative. Vendor Constant will interface internally with leaders from RBS, Retail and Vendor Services teams and will be responsible for certain aspects of the vendor’s business with Amazon. Will engage directly with multiple internal teams to optimize business for key manufacturers (vendors) on Amazon.com. Will conceive, create and analyze a wide range of data, to grow the vendor’s traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and revenue on Amazon. Also, will look into strategic and operational aspects of their business with Amazon, root cause analysis of issues and opportunities affecting the vendor’s business. Vendor Consultant will be focused on the strategic and operational aspects of managing the customer relationships with our vendors.
